"Good deal if you wait for a sale"
Some of the prices are a little higher than I would like, but the quality has been good, so I do not feel like I am wasting my money. The sales definitely make a big difference. I would give it 5 stars if the shipping cost was a bit lower.

I reached out and they got back to me quickly, which was nice. You don’t always expect fast replies, so it definitely made the whole thing easier.

"i picked up a few things from..."
i picked up a few things from biome i’m happy with them. everything feels well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. the packaging was tidy too, which was a nice bonus. i’ve been using the items for a little while now and haven’t had any issues.

They’ve got a good selection of eco-friendly bits, and it was easy enough to shop around. Found what I needed without much hassle, so yeah... decent overall.

"Showed up before I even expected it"
I placed my order on Monday, figuring it would be a few days before I heard much about it. Then Wednesday rolled around and there it was at my door. I did a little double take because I wasn’t expecting it that fast. Definitely a nice surprise and I’m happy with how quickly everything went.

"Was relieved it was actually easy to use"
I was a little unsure at first, but after giving biome.com.au a try I was relieved by how easy it was to use. The menus were clear, I didn’t have to dig around forever, and I found the eco-friendly products I was looking for quickly. Checkout was straightforward too, which is always a plus.
The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that a few pages were a bit slow to load on my phone, and the filters could be a little more useful. Overall though, it was a good experience and I’d happily use the site again

"Loved the thoughtful packaging"
I ordered from biome.com.au and was really happy to see the packaging wasn’t packed with plastic. It felt simple thoughtful and just a bit more considered than usual. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Return was mostly smooth"
I ordered from Biome and accidentally picked the wrong size for one of the items, so I had to send it back. The return process was easy enough to follow, and I appreciated that the instructions were clear. The only slightly annoying part was that my refund took a bit longer than I expected, and I did have to follow up once to check on it. That said, customer service got back to me within a couple of days, and the refund did come through in the end. Overall, still a good experience, just not quite perfect.
